“The Tiger”
As I looked for ways to hear some constructive criticism and ways to use my doodles for good instead of evil, I joined the newspaper during my sophomore year of college and immediately began drawing cartoons to fill a block on a weekly basis. After my first year, I took over the position of Art Director and began helping other cartoonists and graphic artists as necessary to meet our weekly deadlines and to prepare supportive visuals for the columns that our staff developed.
The images below that are shown with articles represented the collective opinion of the newspaper staff from week to week on a chosen topic or issue. They don’t necessarily reflect my own opinions, however the representations were my own as well as the way I chose to portray their character.
